Glossier Lash Slick Mascara
Pros: There’s a reason why Glossier’s Lash Slick Mascara is one of the best Glossier products. Lengthening and lifting, it gives amazing results. We love that it doesn’t clump lashes together like all other mascaras. It separates lashes for a gorgeous natural look. It’s also conditioning and doesn’t damage your lashes. The price point is also great at £16. Your lashes only better! No wonder this is top of the list of our Editor’s Pick of best Glossier products.
Cons: We wish they offered a waterproof formula (although the formula is smudge proof). Currently only black is available but a brown would be great!
Glossier Stretch Concealer
Pros: we love the creamy and moisturising formula in this concealer. Completely crease proof, it hydrates and moisturises the eye area whilst concealing dark under eyes. We love that it doesn’t settle into fine lines and is not caky, it’s a buildable coverage which means you can cover as much or as little as you want. It has a brightening effect which will leave your eye area super dewy and natural looking.
Cons: the creamy formula means it doesn’t have the best staying on power compared to other concealers. You may need a touch up during the day or before going out in the evening. If you’re a fan of heavier concealers with more of a matt finish, this may not be the one for you.
Glossier Boy Brow
Pros: we love the thickening, conditioning and hold formula. It’s super easy and quick to use for instant lifted and filled out brows. For a natural and laminated look, this is the product for you! Great for sparse brows, it gives you instant fluffy brows. It comes in a range of colours and a colourless option. Brooke Shields here we come!
Cons: if you love the super slick and defined brow look, you’re better off going with their brow flick pen. The boy brow offers a more undone, natural and laminated brow look. We wish it also came in a slightly bigger format.
Glossier Cleanser Concentrate
Pros: we love the oily texture which transforms into a gentle foam in contact with the skin. It’s a gentle cleanser which still packs a punch! With exfoliating ingredients like Grape Ferments and Malic Acid, it gently washes away dull skin while Niacinamide refines pores. It leaves the skin clean, bright and dewy. This product made its way onto our list of best Glossier products for a reason!
Cons: some reviews mention this cleanser has given them a breakout. Everyone’s skin is different so just with every skincare product, you need to see what works for yours. Some also make mentions it is too stripping for sensitive skin.
Glossier Invisible Shield SPF
Pros: searching for a good SPF is like searching for the holly grail. This lightweight and invisible water gel formula will give you factor 30 protection with no white cast and not greasy residue. Goes on beautifully under makeup, is non-comedogenic and breathable. Definitely a top contender on our Editor’s Pick of the best Glossier products.
Cons: you may experience some pilling with this SPF so it’s important to always go from thinnest to thicker products when layering skincare and wait a couple of minutes before applying your foundation or makeup. Some can also find the smell a bit too much so if you’re allergic or trying to stay away from artificial fragrances, this is not for you.
Glossier Universal Pro-Retinol
Pros: a great introduction into Retinols, this universal retinol cream contains 0.5% retinol in the form of Retinyl Sunflowerate—an innovative hybrid of pure retinol and sunflower seed fatty acids. We love how easily it is absorbed by the skin. It helps clear acne, reduces fine lines and gives your skin a lovely glow. If you’re new to using Retinol or have sensitive skin, this is the perfect Retinol product for you.
