We also love how easy it is to put on and take off by yourself which is quite rare with a sports bra (we’ve all had to do a sweaty wiggle out of sports bra before and that is a workout in itself).

We have put it to the test with some treadmill interval training as well as a variety of sports from reformer pilates to weight training and more. And it’s a 10/10!

Lululemon Energy Bra High-Support

Another brand which will rarely let you down is Lululemon. Their sportswear and activewear is on another level in terms of comfort and performance but also design. Their Energy Bra High-Support is no exception. Incredibly comfortable and supportive, it has adjustable crossback straps, built in cups and quick drying fabric which makes it a great option for those into running and/or with large breasts.

We love the range of colours and sizes with the only down side being the availability. Lots of sizes and colours are unfortunately often sold out but you can sign-up for back in stock notifications.

Oysho Firm-Support Sports Bra

If you’re not yet familiar with the Spanish brand Oysho, your life is about to change! The brand stocks some incredible sportswear designs alongside stunning swimwear, pyjamas, loungewear and lingerie. Their Firm-Support Sports bra is an all-time favourite due to its comfort, design and performance. With preformed cups, super soft and moisture absorbing fabric, the only bummer is the lack of sizing and colours available compared to Sweaty Betty or Lululemon.

Gym Shark needs no introduction and same thing goes for their sports bras. Their Cut Out Back High Support Sports Bra comes in three colours and sizes ranging from B cups to F cups. We put it to the test with some high-intensity circuit training and it was both highly comfortable and supportive.

We loved the dual sizing that the brand offers as well as the front adjustable straps for easy adjusting even mid-workout.

Under Armour Uplift High Sports Bra

Under Armour’s Uplift High Sports Bra offers the compression needed for high-impact exercise without limiting your movements or breathing. With strategically placed support and a 4-way stretch fabric which wicks sweat and dries within seconds, you can be sure this will help lift up the girls and support you to reach your goals.

We love the good size range from A to DD cup and the fact that the main body fabric contains 60% recycled polyester.

H&M DryMove High-Support Sports Bra

Last but certainly not least on our list is also the most affordable option. But don’t let that fool you, if you’re on a budget and need a good performing high-support sports bra, this is a fantastic option. With two colours available and sizes ranging from XXS to XXL, the patented DryMove fabric wicks away sweat in an instant and the adjustable straps make it easy to adjust for a perfect fit.
